Hungry….tired… we are locked out of our house by our igloohome smart lock….

The problem happened when I reached home about 6 today.

Let’s be fair, the igloohome lock we got was working pretty well for the past 1 year, the only problem we have is that after the door was opened, it may not be able to auto-lock ( the function of this lock includes been able to auto lock after few min(~1min) after we closed the door). So on few occasions, I found the door unlocked overnight, to me this is an “okie” problem given the convenience it provided to us,
